Thursday night was a special night. After work and a really stressful week, I went to a yoga class. It was a great experience to let all of the stress go in such a comforting surounding. I am having a streak of bad luck since last friday. And this was great to let it all go. But not only makes me yoga let go also it makes me strong from the inside. I work on my inner and outer healthy. You feel conected to your body and get closer to yourself.
