A few months ago I started with yoga. Just once a week, with a friend for fun. But I started to feel better after every session. So now I usually go twice a week to a yoga session now, and do every moring a few excercises. Yoga makes my mood better, I feel better about myself and it brings poistivity in my life. Not only that, but I started to have a clearer mind about various things. On Saturday at my yoga session I felt like I went out of my body and could see me from above. I already feel healthier than before, but my goal for 2017 is to keep on going with yoga and other activities to keep in shape.
